It’s my ambition with this business to bring the freedom and pride that comes with a beautifully designed, wonderfully considered brand identity to entrepreneurs and established businesses alike.

The joy we bring people when they see their vocation for the first time is the most rewarding thing I have ever done, and long may that continue.

Before starting On Poynt, I was the only packaging designer for an international, British clothing brand and, before that, I worked on my family farm driving tractors and trying to remember to close the gate behind myself, so cows didn’t escape (not always successfully). But both taught me the value of hard work, drive and a passion to do something you enjoy.

Hey, I’m Jennie, the BDM at On Poynt Creative - and yes, you’ve probably spotted the family connection with my surname! I’m Dan’s sister, but don't worry, we’ve mastered the art of keeping things professional (while still throwing in some sibling banter behind the scenes).
‍

I live up in Edinburgh and absolutely love it here, but I do make regular trips down to see the OP gang! My main focus at OP is all about bringing in new clients and spreading the word about our incredible services. I’m passionate about helping businesses grow through creative, tailored solutions, and I’m always on the lookout for new opportunities to collaborate with forward-thinking brands.

Before joining OP, I spent 10 years in the corporate world, working at a global consultancy in various project management roles. After that, I took the plunge into entrepreneurship life for a year and set up pip social – running in real life single events to get people off the apps!  I still run pip social with a friend as a passion project! (Yes, OP designed the logo!)

Outside of work I love to keep fit getting down the gym, hiking and running. Got to make the most of the beautiful Scottish outdoors!

Hi, everyone! I’m Kristina, born and raised in Visaginas, Lithuania.

I’ve been calling the UK home since 2010, when I moved here to pursue my dreams and build my professional career. I’m a passionate and versatile Print & Graphic designer, with numerous years of experience in the Fashion Industry. I’ve had the pleasure of working for global brands - covering Menswear Prints & Graphics at Next Ltd and contributing to the SS19 swimwear range at Speedo International.

Now I work with the talented designers at On Poynt Creative, diving into the world of Branding - designing eye-catching social media graphics and captivating websites and delivering top-notch design solutions.

I’m Harry, a Middleweight Designer here at the On Poynt Penthouse.

‍

In the studio, I pride myself on holding the record for the most bacon butties consumed on the daily, hogging 90% of the songs on the playlist and being the lone Scunthorpe united supporter of the office (up the iron).

‍

Apart from the essentials, I started at On Poynt fresh out of uni after being scouted as a Junior designer by our bossman Dan. Joining On Poynt in the early days as a prominent illustrator, I’ve flourished into what I’d call the Wayne Rooney of the team: a strong all-round player, an out-of-the-box style finisher and an incredible mumbler.

Particularly, I love working with entrepreneurs and businesses that are open to using our wildcard option, allowing me the freedom to craft and communicate really playful ideas and bring something new to the table (well, my screen) that will truly stand out from competitors.

I’m a Middleweight Designer here at On Poynt.

After completing my degree in graphic design and illustration at DMU in 2021, I worked for 2+ years in agency before connecting with Dan and joining the On Poynt team at the beginning of 2024.

‍

My style can be described as a unique blend of digital graphic design and traditional mixed media techniques. I am particularly interested in art direction and concept development which is informed by my bold point of view.

‍

Aside from design, I am always looking for new ways to increase my breadth of creative knowledge. I am passionate about music, theatre, film and anything that lets me express myself in weird and wonderful ways!

Hey everyone! I’m Erica, the Social Media Executive and Content Marketer for On Poynt Creative. Yes, I’m the one who wants to constantly put my camera in your face and record everything.

‍

So, I’m basically the social media genius here in the penthouse and handle all things social whether that’s for our clients or internally. I have a degree in International Marketing and Business where I found my passion for marketing and social media.

‍

Before joining On Poynt, I was working for an agency where I worked with a variety of commercial businesses and acquired a lot of skills. But not enough to push my creativity, which is why I am glad to now be part of the On Poynt team where creativity knows no limits!

I’m all about exploring new creative avenues and bringing fresh ideas to the table to keep our clients ahead of the curve. I’m extremely excited for you to see what we've got coming up.

Hi, I’m Beth!

I’m a Junior graphic designer here at On Poynt Creative.

‍

After completing my degree in graphic design illustration at DMU in 2024, I went on to join the On Poynt team fresh out of university!

‍

You could describe me as an inspirational and exciting designer. Just know I’m creating engaging, lively designs when I put my glasses on! I’ve always been a vibrant and sociable character and the On Poynt team has only helped me grow into my character even further!

‍

I particularly love working across illustrative designs in branding, so if you’re a new or senior business, and you want an illustrative flare I’m there to make it come to life! You’ll find me in the studio working hard, with a cup of tea and a packet of Jaffa cakes.

My name is Marmalade, but my friends call me Marmy. Or Marm. Or Pooch.

Both designers and clients being happy is very important to me. I figure the more people are happy, the more treats I get. Or even better, a ball throw.

‍

You could say I’m a pretty big deal around the LCB Depot, where the On Poynt Penthouse is located. Plus, if you look up you’ll see a big illustration of me on the studio window. Dad always complains that everyone knows my name and few know his.

All I can say is: well, of course!
