^{A big welcome to Jennie Poynton who is our new Business Development Manager (oh, and if the surname sounds familiar, yes - she’s Dan’s sister. Talent clearly runs in the family). She’s got the knowledge, the strategy and the drive to bring in the big wins. Jennie’s all about building relationships and making sure our clients feel like VIPs (because they are, obviously). With her on board, On Poynt is striving for greatness.}

^{So, what does this mean for you? Most importantly, you'll have more access to time with Dan as a strategic brand thinker within the studio and his direction will impact the (already fantastic!) standard of output from the rest of our design team. Alongside this, you'll see a focus on more structured processes and operations lead by Sam and Megan, our Studio Manager. Finally, it sets the business up with the foundations to grow sustainably and encourage further capacity in the studio, bringing in even more diverse projects in the future. Your day to day won't change - Meg will still steer your briefs and be your first point of call in the studio, with Dan leading the way for the designers with his expert knowledge in packaging, branding and website design.}
