Mountain Warehouse: The Climb

At On Poynt Creative, we’re always up for a challenge, and our latest project with Mountain Warehouse had us reaching for new heights -literally.

We’re proud to launch 'The Climb,' a brand-new learning platform designed to empower Mountain Warehouse colleagues in-store with an interactive, engaging, and on-brand training experience.

Crafting a Learning Experience That Stands Tall
The goal was clear: to create a platform that embodies Mountain Warehouse’s values while delivering a seamless and engaging learning experience. Here’s how we made it happen:

Setting the Scene
Every great adventure starts with a solid foundation. We kicked off the project with three visual concepts, each carefully designed to align with Mountain Warehouse’s brand identity. These explorations helped define the look and feel of 'The Climb,' ensuring it felt familiar yet fresh for the team.

Bringing the Vision to Life
Our Senior Designer, Kristina Andrejeva, led the charge in Figma, crafting everything from branding elements to internal resources and portal prototypes. This phase was all about refining the user journey, making sure the experience was intuitive, visually cohesive, and engaging from the first click.

Capturing the Mountain Warehouse Spirit
To add a personal touch, On Poynt took to the stores, capturing the energy and enthusiasm of the Mountain Warehouse team. Our on-site filming sessions in London brought 'The Climb' to life with authentic footage that immerses users in the brand’s real-world environment.

Learning That Keeps You Engaged
A static platform wouldn’t cut it—we needed something dynamic. By integrating videos, animations, and interactive quizzes, we ensured that 'The Climb' kept users engaged, making learning both informative and enjoyable.

Elevating Every Detail
No detail was too small. Every accompanying material, from internal guides to visual assets, received the same level of thought and care. Our aim? A cohesive and polished experience that feels as refined as the platform itself.

A Journey to the Summit
With the trial phase wrapping up, feedback has been overwhelmingly positive—proof that The Climb is already making an impact. We couldn’t be prouder of this full-team effort, and we’re excited to see where it goes next.

Admiring the View
In-store conversion up on average by +0.4%, add-on's at the till point soaring at an impressive +250% increase and Net Promoter Score customer completion elevated by 400% - we couldn't have asked for better results, setting a new PB for the Mountain Warehouse teams taking part in the trial.
