That’s why Mountain Warehouse approached On Poynt to develop branding and a trial platform for their Learning and Development Platform, 'The Climb'.
Dan, our Creative Director, worked closely with the head of L&D at Mountain Warehouse to conceptualise and brand ‘The Climb’, which our wonderful team of designers then used to build a trial 'front-end’ interface using Figma and Memberstack, allowing Mountain Warehouse to gain insight, data and feedback on the improved performance of their team upon completion of the platform materials. Our designers created assets to accompany the staff-facing portal, including quizzes, training collateral, coaching cards and promotional materials.
To support the store roll out of The Climb, On Poynt produced engaging video content for the platform. Our content development process involved shoot days on location, editing and production of staff-facing videography which was promoted throughout The Climb to make the portal as engaging and interactive for the store teams as possible.
The trial ran for 4 months over their busiest trading season, including Black Friday and Christmas. Here are some of the top line statistics gained from that period:
